1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between A Sweeter Day and any non-professional individual (the "Customer") making a purchase via the online store. All orders imply full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are physical goods, sold from stock. Each product is presented with a description that is as accurate as possible. Photographs are for illustrative purposes only.
3. Price
Prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT). This micro-enterprise is not subject to VAT (Article 293B of the French General Tax Code). Delivery is free, with no minimum purchase required.
4. Ordering
The customer places an order through the store's Shopify website. The order is considered final upon payment confirmation. A Sweeter Day reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of an existing dispute with the customer or suspected fraud.

Deferred/installment payment :
Payment in installments or over 30 days is offered via Klarna, subject to their terms and conditions. A Sweeter Day is not responsible for Klarna's acceptance or rejection decisions.
6. Delivery
Deliveries are made only within France, European Union and United Kingdom.
Delivery methods : Colissimo, Mondial Relay, Chronopost, Colis Privé
Estimated delivery time : 5 to 10 business days from the date of shipment.
Delivery is free for all orders.

7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from the date of receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification.

8. Liability
A Sweeter Day cannot be held liable for any indirect damages that may arise from the purchase of its products. The micro-enterprise's liability is limited to the amount of the order.

10. Intellectual Property

12. Applicable law – Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
